4. Account Registration and Management

4.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one account with 3prize. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension or closure of all accounts associated with you. Any winnings or balances in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

4.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login information with any third party. You agree to notify 3prize immediately of any unauthorized access to your account or any other security breach. 3prize will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

4.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

3prize is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures, we may require you to provide proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing your first withdrawal or at any time thereafter. Acceptable documents include a government-issued ID card (KTP), passport, driver's license, utility bills, or bank statements.

All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are typically processed instantly or within a few minutes during banking hours. Minimum and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. 3prize does not charge fees for deposits, though your bank or payment provider may impose its own transaction fees.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 24 hours, depending on your VIP tier and the payment method selected. VIP players benefit from faster processing times. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account dashboard. You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
